Our clients are NOT compensated in any
way for their testimonial.
Unfortunately a large percentage of companies do compensate their clients for
a testimonial. This practice in our opinion causes people to exaggerate,
glorify or completely falsify their statements simply because they're getting
something in return.
Our Process:
Once a year we send each of our clients an Annual Review Form. We
like to have our service reviewed by our clients just like in a typical job
where a review may be completed once or twice each year as an evaluation of an
employee. This review process helps to maintain our high Quality
standards and also shows us where we need improvement. This year (2008)
in addition to the Annual Review Form our clients are being asked for
permission to use some and/or all of their written review on the Arizona Pool
Pros website. Any client who allows us to do so will have a picture of
their pool posted next to their testimonial.
