Arizona Pool Pros Service Warranty New Installs: Most products today carry a one year parts warranty. On all our NEW equipment installations, we automatically extend this to 2 years parts and 6 months labor for our Weekly Service Customers ONLY. This applies to whole goods ONLY (New Pumps, Filters, etc.) and does not apply to filter grids/cartridges, wear parts on pool vacuums, light bulbs, etc. If you are not one of our weekly service customers then only the manufacturers warranty (if any) is implied. We are happy to provide this extra warranty coverage because we know that when equipment is professionally installed by Certified Technicians, it is much less likely to break down. It is the small details of an experienced technician that make all the difference. Repairs: When repairs are made to a pump, filter, etc. ONLY the manufacturer’s warranty (if any) is implied. Arizona Pool Pros warranties our labor for ONLY 30 days from the date repair(s) are performed.
