November 20th, 2007 Attention: To whom it may concern Arizona Pool Pros has NEVER and Will NEVER sell items on EBay. We are strictly a swimming pool & spa weekly service and repair company. Over the last several weeks we have received numerous complaints from people who bought product(s) from the EBay store "azpoolpros" and while their payments were taken by "azpoolpros" the purchased product was never delivered. (The EBay store "azpoolpros" is NOT affiliated with our company Arizona Pool Pros (www.azpoolpros.com) in any way, shape or form.) After receiving the first complaint we contacted EBay with concern over the use of our abbreviated company name and the complaint we had received. Since that initial complaint we have received 5 other complaints from people who also had been scammed by this EBay store. Following each subsequent complaint we contacted EBay and passed along each complainant's contact information as well as an additional complaint regarding the continued misuse of our company name. EBay's response to these complaints has been minimally helpful at best in resolving both the continuing complaints and the closing of the EBay store "azpoolpros". Here at Arizona Pool Pros we are committed to providing the Highest Quality customer service available regardless of you being one of our clients, someone we just met or someone who was treated unfairly by another company. So when we found out about these problems on EBay we pursued every available course of action to resolve these issues and get the damaged parties taken care of. This is because we are a company that focuses on Quality. We strive to provide the highest Quality weekly care, service, repairs and installation available. We employ only Nationally Certified Pool & Spa Operators who have more education, training and experience than the average pool service technician. Our last pool serviced each day receives the same superior Quality service that the very first pool received. Our commitment to Quality is proven daily through our business practices and it's these practices that help to set us apart from the competition. Sometimes people ask us to match the prices of the low price, no service internet stores and every time we must politely decline because if we matched their prices, we would not be able to continue to provide our superior Quality service to our valued clients. If you simply want a cash and carry item, with no service attached, (possibly NO warranty) then there are a number of online and retail stores out there. If you value superior Quality service, then we are the pool service provider you’ve been looking for.
