A Message From The Owner

I've worked in and around the Swimming Pool, Plumbing and HVAC Industries since 1995.  From the beginning I have focused on providing the absolute best customer service to everyone.  In 2003 while having a conversation with my sister, I found that her pool service had charged her nearly $300 to cleanup her pool which had turned green.  I was a bit confused as to why the service company would charge her for something that was completely under their control.  If a homeowner is paying for "professional" pool service and the pool turns green, it's a big indication that the service providers are not performing Regular Maintenance properly.  After some research I found that the vast majority of Arizona's residential pool service providers & their employees have VERY LITTLE to NO background or education relating to this industry or proper pool care.  This was very disturbing to me since improperly maintained swimming pools can contain more than 20 illnesses.  It was soon after, that I became a Certified Pool & Spa Operator with the National Swimming Pool Foundation and started the process of creating my own company with the intention of providing the highest Quality pool service available.  Coming from a family of successful entrepreneurs instilled in me a commitment to customer service.  It is this upbringing that I credit my success and understanding that our clients are the most important people in our business.  As you browse through the website you'll notice that in addition to the listed services and products, I also include pricing.  This alone is another example of my commitment to providing great customer service to you and your family.
