Unfortunately a large percentage of companies do compensate their clients for a testimonial.  This practice in our opinion causes people to exaggerate, glorify or completely falsify their statements simply because they're getting something in return.

Our Process:
Once a year, we send each of our clients an Annual Review Form. We like to have our service reviewed by our clients just like in a typical job where a review may be completed once or twice each year as an evaluation of an employee. This review process helps to maintain our high Quality standards and also shows us where we need improvement.
